The hotel is conveniently located, close to the old town for easy exploring, but the rooms need updating and had a strong bleach smell. The staff, although sometimes unfriendly, were typically friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The location is fantastic, right in the center of everything, but with some intimidating aspects at night. The dining options were sufficient, with a value-added selection of local cold cuts.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The room next to us was fine, with enough beds for all of us, but there were a couple of issues during a storm that caused some inconvenience. The hotel offers a refrigerator buffet and includes a breakfast buffet. The service was friendly, and the location was convenient, close to everything we needed. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of options. However, the staff do not speak English, so improving your Spanish could be helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although in need of renovation, were quite comfortable, especially with excellent air conditioning providing relief from the heat. The bathroom could be improved to be brighter and more inviting. The service was amazing, with the staff going out of their way to help arrange tours for the best fees. The location was superb, just a short distance from the historical center, making it convenient to explore the city. However, the dining experience was lacking, with room for improvement in the quality of the meals served.
